About Me

Lindsay D'Andrade-Phillip, BSc Kine, MSc PT
Registered Physical Therapist

I have been working as a Registered Physiotherapist for over a decade.  After completing a Bachelor of Science degree with Honours from York University, I completed a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto.

My physiotherapy career began at a local hospital working with patients in areas such as emergency medicine, general medicine, cardiac care, intensive care, rehab and paediatrics.  During that time I was also the lead therapist of a hydrotherapy program at a children's rehab hospital.  In addition to Ready Set Physio, I also treat children at a local paediatric clinic.

As a busy mom of three, I realize the novelty of having services come straight to your home.  Ready Set Physio offers convenient and effective physical therapy sessions in the comfort of your own home.

My three children inspire me daily to create fun and effective exercises for my clients.  My profession allows me to help many more kids reach new milestones and I love experiencing the happiness that comes from their success.

My husband and I love travelling, dancing and being outdoors.  I am also active in my community, and believe in giving back whenever you have the opportunity to do so.

What they're saying about Ready Set Physio

Home: Testimonials

"We are so grateful for the one on one, personal touch Lindsay provided for our daughter.  The in-home physiotherapy was perfect for us and provided a more comfortable setting for our daughter.  Seeing how much my daughter progressed in the past 6 months is the most joyful thing for a parent and would not have been possible without Lindsay and the dedication to our daughter."
